The terms this site is offered on.
Nothing on this website is an offer of engagement, and nothing here replaces the engagement letter. These terms cover the site itself and the boundaries of what EAG provides.
01Website content
This site describes a professional advisory practice. It is informational. It is not legal, employment-law, compliance, investment, or medical advice, and it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement; an engagement begins only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.
02Selectivity
EAG accepts a limited number of engagements each quarter and works only where the appointment is consequential and the decision-maker is directly involved. EAG may decline any inquiry, and declines any engagement where the requested work would be covert, pretextual, unlawful, or aimed at a protected characteristic rather than at role-relevant behavior.
03Scope and limits of the work
EAG is a decision-support framework — not a validated psychological test, clinical instrument, or deception-detection system — and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions. Sentinel is designed to supplement, not replace, the judgment of experienced recruiters, hiring committees, and boards.
EAG's deliverable is an advisory brief and a private readout. Employment decisions are the client's alone. EAG makes no representation or warranty that a candidate assessed as credible will perform, remain, or behave in any particular way, and no assessment can eliminate the risk inherent in a senior appointment.
04Fees
Engagements are quoted against the scope of the appointment, not from a rate card. Fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms are set in the engagement letter.
05Sentinel
Sentinel is EAG's internal system of record. It is not sold, licensed, or offered as a self-service product, and no client, candidate, or third party receives access to it as part of an engagement.
06Intellectual property
The EAG methodology, the dimensional rubric, Sentinel, the contents of this site, and the structure and format of the delivered brief remain EAG's property. A client receives the delivered brief for its own internal decision-making and may share it with its own counsel, board, and advisors; it may not be republished, resold, or used to construct a competing assessment product.
07Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations run in both directions and survive the engagement, as set out in Confidentiality & Compliance and in the mutual NDA executed at the start of every engagement.
08Third-party links
This site links to articles published on LinkedIn and to third-party research. EAG does not control that content and is not responsible for it.
09Governing law
Executive Analysis Group LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company based in Newtown, Connecticut, and accepts engagements throughout the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, wherever the client is located. Engagement letters may specify their own governing law and dispute-resolution terms, which control for that engagement.
